From invisible to found in two weeks

Reyna Estructuras builds metal structures in Barcelona. Excellent work, twenty years of it, and absolutely no way for a new customer to find them online. They were running entirely on word of mouth.

The Reyna Estructuras website homepage, designed and built by Kiyoro Design

The brief

The company had no website at all — just a phone number passed between contractors. Every new enquiry depended on somebody remembering their name.

The brief was deliberately narrow: be findable when someone in the Barcelona area searches for metal structure work, look established enough to be trusted with a large job, and make it effortless to get in touch from a phone on a building site.

That last point shaped everything. This is not an audience that fills in a contact form at a desk. It is someone standing outside, one-handed, who wants to send a WhatsApp message and get on with the day.

Project facts

  • Client: Reyna Estructuras, Barcelona
  • Sector: industrial / metal structures
  • Scope: corporate website, SEO, lead capture
  • Timeline: two weeks, design to launch
  • Languages: Spanish
  • Year: 2024

What we built

  • A hand-coded corporate site — fast on a mobile connection, no builder subscription
  • Service pages structured around what people actually search for, not internal job titles
  • LocalBusiness structured data so Google understands the service area
  • WhatsApp as the primary call to action, present on every screen
  • Google Analytics with lead events firing on every WhatsApp and phone tap
  • Search Console configured, sitemap submitted, indexing verified
  • A gallery of completed projects, because in this trade the work is the sales pitch

The result

The site went live two weeks after the first call and reached a perfect Lighthouse SEO score at launch — which matters less as a number than as evidence that nothing technical is standing between the site and Google.

More usefully: enquiries now arrive through WhatsApp with a visible source attached, so for the first time the business can tell which jobs came from the website rather than from a recommendation.

They built exactly the website our business needed — clear, fast, and it brings us new enquiries every week.

FAQ

About this project

How long did this project take?
Two weeks from the first call to the live site, including copywriting in Spanish and the project gallery.
Why WhatsApp instead of a contact form?
Because of who the customer is. Contractors message from a site, one-handed. Forcing a form on them would have cost enquiries — the channel should match the audience, not the agency's habits.
Was the site built in Spanish?
Yes, entirely. Kiyoro works natively in Spanish and English, so the copy was written in Spanish rather than translated into it.
Could you do the same for a business in the Netherlands?
Yes — the same structure works for any local service business. Only the language and the local search signals change.
