Where most Shopify stores lose money
Almost every underperforming store we are asked to look at has the same three problems, and none of them is the theme.
Product images that do not sell. Phone photos on a kitchen table against a grey wall. This is the single biggest conversion killer, and it is now the cheapest to fix — AI-generated product and lifestyle imagery costs a fraction of a shoot and can be regenerated whenever the range changes.
